[Homemade] Triple Chocolate Sauce (hint : there’s N_t_l_a)

Dark, smooth and luscious chocolate fudge you could ever imagine.


makes 1 1/2 cup

  • 1/2 cup condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp evaporated milk
  • 1/3 to 1/2 cup water
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup Nutella
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

In a saucepan, combine milk and water, stir until the condensed milk has dissolved. Sift cocoa powder and cornstarch.

Stir until well combined.

And no more lumps.

Turn the heat on medium low and add chocolate chips. Keep on stirring, until

it thickens,

and becomes smooth and shiny. Wait till it bubbles. Turn off heat.

Add nutella, butter and vanilla


Stir until it combines well,

and become shiny, smooth (again)


and can’t resist the urge to taste it

To achieve that deep, dark and rich color and flavor, only use a good quality dark cocoa powder and chocolate chips. For me, I prefer dark chocolate chips since, we already have Nutella and condensed milk that is already sweet.

Start with 1/3 cup water and if the result is too thick for you, thin it with HOT water, adding by tablespoon and stirring constantly.

This will still thicken as it cools but still pourable on room temperature and will thicken but won’t harden when kept in fridge. In case, this thickens too much for your liking, you can reheat this in a double boiler to loosen up or just simply add hot water (by teaspoon) to the amount you need and stir.

This can be used as a dip on anything you like ๐Ÿ˜‰ can be eaten hot or cold.
