Taho (Tagalog: [tɐˈhoʔ]) (Chinese: 豆花; Pe̍h-ōe-jī: tāu-hoe) is a Philippine snack food made of fresh soft/silken tofu,arnibal (sweetener and flavoring), and sago pearl (similar to tapioca pearls).[2] This staple comfort food is a signature sweet and taho peddlers can be found all over the country. Milkfish & Tofu in Black Bean Sauce

Good Morning!

This dish reminds me of my father, but he prepares this dish using pork. He loves to cook and experiment too and this is one of his specialties. I think this is what I inherit from him, the passion for cooking. Being the eldest I grew up assisting him in the kitchen as he cook, most of the time he will ask me to do the cutting and handing to him the next ingredient he’ll use 😉
